The following terms represent standard operational and B2B purchasing conditions for Be My Vision products. Review Note: This document does not substitute for formal legal advice. Site owners must have these terms reviewed by a legal professional prior to publishing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.bemyvision.in or placing purchase orders for our accessibility products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you represent a general contractor, developer, or design firm, you certify that you have the authority to bind your organization to these conditions.
2. B2B Quotes & Inquiries
All cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) reviews, and project quotations supplied by Be My Vision are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless specified otherwise in writing. Pricing is subject to change based on custom material dimensions, raw component price variations, and freight delivery destinations.
3. Custom Manufacturing & Signage Proofing
For customized Braille signs, staircase tags, and tactile layout maps:
- Proof Approval: We supply digital layout proofs (PDF or CAD drawings) outlining text translations, Grade 2 Braille dots positions, and visual contrast margins. Manufacturing will not commence until the customer supplies signed or emailed approval of the proofs.
- Translation Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for confirming the accuracy of all text translations (Hindi, English, or regional dialects) prior to sign-off. Be My Vision accepts no liability for layout errors discovered after manufacturing.
- Cancellation: Once a custom engraving or layout map order enters production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
4. Product Specifications & Tolerances
We manufacture products designed to align with CPWD Harmonised space standards and physical accessibility compliance parameters. However, small manufacturing variances (within standard industry tolerances of +/- 2mm for height, width, and dome alignment) may occur. Actual color contrast ratios may vary slightly based on display monitors and material batches.
5. Installation & Site Conditions
While Be My Vision provides detailed layout guidance, on-site execution is subject to local surface conditions:
- Surface Prep: Substrates (marble, vitrified tile, granite) must be clean, dry, degreased, and structurally sound prior to applying self-adhesive PU warning/guiding tiles.
- Adhesion Limitations: Our self-adhesive backings are engineered for standard interior environments. Moisture, dust, or unsealed concrete floor bases will compromise bond performance. Be My Vision is not responsible for installation failures arising from poor site prep or surface conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Be My Vision's total liability under any purchase order or service agreement is strictly limited to the replacement value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as construction delays, failed regulatory audits, or municipal compliance fines).
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
